Ravi Ramineni
Co Founder, CEO
Ravi founded the analytics department at the Seattle Sounders. As VP of Analytics, he helped the team win two MLS Cups and the Concacaf Champions League. Ravi studied engineering and mathematics at BITS, Pilani (India) and then moved to the United States where he earned a Master’s degree in computer science from Clemson University.

Cole Grossman
Co Founder, COO
Cole is a former professional footballer who played for Columbus Crew, Real Salt Lake, and Stabaek Fotball after a standout soccer career at Duke University. After his playing career, Cole earned an MBA from INSEAD and studied data science at UCLA. He worked for multiple football clubs, including Manchester United, before founding SRC.
Sarah Rudd
Co Founder, CTO
Sarah is a pioneer of modern football analytics. After publishing one of the first papers on a pass value model, Sarah spent the next decade leading Arsenal’s analytics department, one of the most advanced in world football. Sarah studied environmental science and computer science at Columbia University and earned an MBA from the University of Washington.
Craig Gin
Data Scientist
Craig has a PhD in mathematics from Texas A&M University where he studied hydrodynamic stability. Prior to joining SRC, he had postdoctoral positions at North Carolina State University and the University of Washington where he developed machine learning methods for problems in the sciences. In his free time, he enjoys watching soccer, playing board games and video games, doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and hanging out with his partner and pets.
Aleksander Andrzejewski
Data Scientist
Prior to joining SRC, Aleksander obtained his Master's degree from Uppsala University, where he wrote his Master's Thesis around pass probability and pass value models in football. In his spare time, Aleksander enjoys playing basketball, learning foreign languages and lifting weights.
Hang Chen

With years of experience in engineering and data roles in various industries, Hang finally has the opportunity to join a team that uses data to aid football clubs. He started watching Manchester United after Sir Alex Ferguson retired, and he and his three cats find their own unique ways to play with football data.

Jelmer holds a Master's degree in Marketing Analytics & Data Science and previously worked as a data scientist in the energy sector. He is passionate about football related data projects, including the application of data science to sports betting.
