Ravi Ramineni

Ravi founded the analytics department at the Seattle Sounders. As VP of Analytics, he helped install a data-driven culture at the most successful MLS team of the past decade, winning two MLS Cups and the Concacaf Champions League. He developed his passion for the beautiful game growing up in India, where he studied engineering and mathematics at BITS, Pilani (India). After completing a Master’s degree in computer science at Clemson University, Ravi worked for more than seven years at Microsoft, working primarily with large datasets to analyze user behavior for the Bing search engine.

Sarah Rudd
Chief Technology Officer

Sarah is a pioneer of modern football analytics. After publishing one of the first papers on a pass value model, she joined StatDNA to head their analytics and software development. StatDNA was acquired by Arsenal in 2012, and Sarah spent the next decade leading Arsenal’s analytics department, one of the most advanced in world football. Like Ravi, she worked for Microsoft as a software developer before entering football. Sarah studied environmental science and computer science at Columbia University and earned an MBA from the University of Washington.
Cole Grossman
Chief Operating Officer

Cole Grossman is an American former professional soccer player who has unique experience across the sporting and commercial sides of the football industry. After a standout soccer career at Duke University, Cole was drafted 28th overall in the 2011 MLS SuperDraft by the Columbus Crew. He went on to play for Real Salt Lake in MLS and Stabaek in the Norwegian Eliteserien. After his playing career, Cole earned an MBA from INSEAD and studied data science at UCLA. He worked for Manchester United and Burnley Football Club before forming SRC with Ravi and Sarah.
