Chief Executive Officer

Ravichandra (Ravi) Ramineni was born in Tenali, India. He studied engineering and mathematics at BITS, Pilani (India). Ravi also completed a Masters degree in Computer Science at Clemson University. During his stint at Microsoft, Ravi worked on a variety of projects, including building a rules-based online fraud detection engine and developing large datasets to analyze user behavior for Bing search engine. Growing up in India, where cricket is a part of life, Ravi always had passion for the beautiful game. After more than 7 years at Microsoft, Ravi took up the data analyst role at the Seattle Sounders. Over the past decade he developed the data analysis department and helped install a data-driven culture at the most successful MLS team in the last decade. In 2022, Ravi left the Sounders as a VP of Analytics and Research and accepted a leadership role at Blue Crow Sports Group before forming SRC FTBL. 


Chief Technical Officer

A native of Concord, Massachusetts, Sarah Rudd is one of the pioneers of modern football analytics.  She studied environmental science and computer science at Columbia University and earned her MBA from University of Washington. She spent several years living in Chile and running her own software consulting business before she returned to the US to work at Microsoft Bing as a software developer.  After publishing one of the first papers on a pass value model in soccer, she joined StatDNA to head up their analytics and software development.  StatDNA was acquired by Arsenal at the end of 2012 and became their in-house analytics department (Arsenal Data Analytics).  Looking for a new challenge, she left Arsenal in 2022 and after a brief stint at Blue Crow Sports Group decided to form SRC FTBL with Cole and Ravi.


Chief Soccer Officer

Cole Grossman is an American former professional soccer player who has worked in football all over the world. He grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and went on to enjoy a standout soccer career at Duke University. Cole was then drafted 28th overall in the 2011 MLS SuperDraft by the Columbus Crew, and also played for Real Salt Lake in MLS and Stabaek in the Norwegian Eliteserien. After his playing career, Cole graduated with an MBA from INSEAD, one of the world’s leading business schools, and studied data science at UCLA. He worked for Manchester United, Burnley Football Club, and Blue Crow Sports Group before forming SRC with Ravi and Sarah.
